Equipped with 11 Vertical Machining Centres with 4th Axis and 5 sided machining capabilities and 2 Mill Turn Machines with up to 9 axis capability, our modern milling section has Doosan, Haas and XYZ machines most of which are less than 5 years old

With many staff retained after serving an apprenticeship at Crabb our skilled workforce produce parts from all types of material including; Plastics, Aluminium, Brass, Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels and Exotics.

Supported with a stand-alone Engineering Department using Solid Works, off line programming via Edgecam, Process 2 MRP and both manual and CNC CMM we can assist with most milling requirements as well as managing outside processes such as Heat Treatment, Anodizing , Painting etc.
